GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSE

   These General Conditions regulate the use that the user makes through the ABACI CONTABILIDAD Y TRIBUTACIÓN, S.L. application (hereinafter, "the application") and will be incorporated into the usage agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") by clicking the "Accept terms and conditions" button, being obliged from that moment to comply with what is stipulated therein.

   ABACI CONTABILIDAD Y TRIBUTACIÓN, S.L., with registered office at Calle Balmes 191, 5º4ª, Barcelona and Tax ID No. B-64820467, is registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Volume 40355, Folio 27, Sheet 365008. (hereinafter, "Abaci").

   Abaci may modify these General Terms of Use at any time. It is the user's responsibility to know the General Terms in force at any given time.

   These General Conditions may be completed or modified by particular clauses or specific conditions of certain uses, especially regarding the exclusion of withdrawal rights, changes or returns.

   The electronic document in which the Contract is formalized will be archived by Abaci, and may be consulted (info@abaci.es) as provided in these General Terms of Use.

2. USER REGISTRATION

   To facilitate use, it is necessary to register as a user of the application. This user registration can be done at any time. At the end of the registration process you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully.

   You will be able to access the registered users section with your username and password or the means that, in each case, abaci enables to authenticate users.

   Registration as a user of www.abaci.es is free and is not subject to any condition or consideration.

   You can unsubscribe as a user at any time by sending an email to the address: info@abaci.es. Unsubscribing as a user will result in the cancellation of your personal user data as well as the impossibility of use until you register again as a user.

3. TERM OF VALIDITY

   Without prejudice to the provisions of specific legislation, the use will be valid for the period set by Abaci or, failing that, for as long as the application remains accessible.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE

   Abaci does not guarantee the permanent availability of the application, nor will it be responsible for the information provided therein, being exonerated from any type of responsibility arising from the unavailability of the service.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

   Abaci will not be responsible for the total or partial non-compliance with the obligations arising from this Contract or for the delay in carrying them out if such non-compliance is due to a force majeure circumstance, including general, territorial or sectoral strikes, flooding, fire, etc.

7. NULLITY OR VOIDABILITY

   If any of the clauses of this Contract were to be null, voidable, illegal or unlawful, in such case, and in the broadest interpretive sense permitted by law (a) such declaration will not invalidate the rest of the Contract, which will maintain its validity and effectiveness, and (b) the null or voidable clause or clauses must be replaced or adjusted rather than being annulled.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

   These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly established. Abaci and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.

   In the event that the user has their domicile outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
